Maria holds degrees in both Law and Business Management. This combination of expertise saw Maria climb from assisting a legal firm reception and a police station department to becoming a deputy practice manager. Maria manages the switchboard team at Reeds Solicitors, ensuring calls are answered in a professional and timely manner and offers the same service to RockMS clients.

Having spent her career working up through the ranks, Maria holds detailed knowledge on many aspects of a law firms’ operations. These include personnel management, administration, finance, provision of services, compliance, facility and office management, health and safety compliance, and ICT.

Maria is known to her colleagues as a problem solver with exceptional time management and organisation skills. She quickly becomes the ‘go-to’ person, which all businesses need.
