Team Manager, Switchboard

We are looking for a new Team Manager to oversee the in-house switchboard team who provide telephone services to a number of our clients, mainly within the legal industry. The Team Manager will also liaise with the team contact of our out-of-hours service based in India. This will include supporting management of the team in India and will on occasion mean working some irregular hours due to the time difference.

Legal Secretary / Administrator – Mental Health and Court of Protection – Bristol or Cardiff

We are looking for an experienced secretary to join our clients busy Mental Health and Court of Protection team based out of either the Bristol or Cardiff office. This role will be fundamental in supporting the Solicitors with their case preparation and administration duties. There are many development opportunities available and therefore this role may be suitable for someone who is looking to gain experience and develop long term into a fee earning role.
