Adam is a qualified solicitor and holds an MBA. He was Practice Director at Tuckers Solicitors, the country’s largest criminal Legal Aid supplier for nearly 10 years, prior to which he was Practice Director at Duncan Lewis, the country’s largest civil Legal Aid supplier.

At Tuckers, Adam led on the development of a bespoke case management system from the ground up, bringing efficiency and automation into the file management of criminal defence and other Legal Aid files that was unrivalled, compared to the other systems in the market. In the absence of ‘best of breed’ software, Adam is still an expert in defining and refining processes to bring efficiencies to firms; whatever platform they are using.

In addition, he has undertaken numerous compliance roles at firms, including COFA, COLP, MLRO and DPO.
