Luanne has valuable insights into a law firm’s day-to-day operations, acquired from her long and varied career. Her career began working as a buyer in London, eventually joining Reeds Solicitors in 2004. Since then she has worked as a Police Station administrator, financial manager, practice manager and was promoted to area practice manager at Reeds in 2019.

In this role as practice manager, Luanne managed the operations of four offices, whilst gaining in-depth experience in the requirements of the Solicitors Regulation Authority, Legal Aid Agency, and quality assessment audits (including financial and recruitment aspects).

Luanne has joined RockMS as a Director, providing her knowledge and experience in all aspects of compliance, regulations, people management and financial accounting.
